Not great. Checked in online at 10:09am, and it showed a 50 minute wait time. No complaint about that, i can spend that time at home. I wait to receive the text message saying that my time is coming up and i arrive right at the recommended time. The problem is that apparently they only have two stylist working, so i'm told i need to wait outside. Even that's understandable - but after 30 minutes there's no sign of them being ready to help me any time soon. So I left - never got a haircut, but i was able to waste a bunch of time. Please look at your staffing needs - i want to support you guys, but this doesn't make it easy.

Pretty poor service came in today submitted my name. Electronic board told me I had 29 minute wait. Which was fine I went to the store and returned in 25 minutes. At which point I had a 34 minute wait and 2 people that checked in after me were given haircuts before me and I waited for an hour. When I complained I was told that it was just a bad system and there was nothing they could do. Lots of problems! Very poor response for when I followed your check in system. Also when I walked back in the other gentleman still had 7 minutes to wait and they still took him before me. If reservations don’t mean any then don’t take them. I will be yelping this as well.

I came on Tuesday and it was supposed to be open till 8. However I came at 7.45 and closed the door in front of my face. The lady was just standing in front of me, looking at me, so I knocked the door. She didn't respond, then I finally to the store number, she picked and I said it's 7.45. She said that they close at 7.45 even though the board outside saying 8. I asked why didn't you put that outside, on that she responded 'I am saying right now' and hang up the phone. It was extremely rude.
